Women’s Leadership Programme
We are pleased to proudly continue our legacy work from last year’s Bolton Learning Partnership Conference with a partnership with the esteemed Diana Osagie, a distinguished leader with 16 years of experience in secondary education, including a successful six-year tenure as a head teacher in a London secondary school. Diana is also the visionary founder and CEO of The Academy of Women’s Leadership.
This collaboration opens doors to a 12-month training programme meticulously crafted for female leaders within our schools. Under Diana’s expert guidance, each of the 12 modules and the Leadership Masterclass promises a profound exploration of key leadership facets. The sessions, exclusively for colleagues from our partnership, will be conducted virtually, creating a flexible and accessible learning environment.
Commencing in February 2024, the monthly modules, each lasting 90 minutes, will take place after school hours, rotating between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The schedule is designed to accommodate the diverse commitments of our participants while ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
Individuals will explore a curriculum that addresses crucial topics such as mastering difficult conversations, dealing with imposter syndrome, managing change, and leading during times of workplace crisis. The journey extends to fostering authentic leadership, creating a psychologically safe culture, and harnessing the advantages of diversity in your teams. Diana Osagie herself will lead these sessions, fostering a unique and intimate learning environment.
