The Bolton Learning Partnership – Leadership Framework
Our Leadership Framework, developed in partnership with Enabling Leaders is a cornerstone of the transformation we are driving across Bolton’s educational landscape. Designed to cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this framework equips leaders with the behaviours, mindset, and tools needed to make a lasting impact on young people, teams, and communities.
By embedding these leadership behaviours, we aim to create a high-performing, supportive environment where all leaders are empowered to grow, challenge themselves, and lead with purpose. This approach encourages reflection, promotes courageous decision-making, and ensures that every leader is not only focused on personal development but is also dedicated to contributing to the collective success of the broader educational ecosystem. In Bolton, we are committed to ensuring that leadership behaviours are consistently instilled and developed across all schools, partnerships, and organisations. Our goal is to empower leaders at all levels to take impactful actions that drive sustainable change and improve outcomes for our young people.
