School Improvement Hubs
Working collaboratively, colleagues from across our member schools support one another through the provision of Supporting School Improvement Hubs. Hubs cover subjects and areas including English, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), Design Technology, Drama, Art, Teaching and Learning, SEND, Safety and Welfare, CEIAG, PE, Computer Science, and Post 16.
Each school improvement hub is led by a subject specialist from one of our member schools. Hub leaders coordinate the activities of the school improvement hub, as well as providing support and guidance to the other members of the hub.
Members of school improvement hubs meet regularly to share ideas, resources, and best practice. They also organise a variety of events, such as workshops, CPD and conferences.
Our school improvement hubs are an important part of our commitment to providing high-quality education for all learners in Bolton. By providing a forum for subject specialists to share their knowledge and expertise, our hubs help to ensure that all schools are able to improve their practice and raise standards.
