Bolton Learning Partnership Launches Innovative Recruitment Initiative with Zen Educate

Bolton Learning Partnership is proud to announce an exciting new collaboration with Zen Educate; an initiative designed to make teacher recruitment across the town smarter, faster, and more effective.

As schools continue to strive for excellence, ensuring that we attract, train, and retain the very best teachers is vital. Through this partnership, BLP aims to create a seamless link between schools and the next generation of talented educators training within Bolton’s SCITTs (School-Centred Initial Teacher Training providers).

Traditionally, schools have found it difficult to identify which trainee teachers are available, while trainees often struggle to find suitable vacancies at the right time. The Bolton Talent Snapshot has been created to bridge this gap.

This new platform offers a live, easy-to-access overview of all Early Career Teachers (ECTs) from local SCITTs who are seeking roles in Bolton. Schools can now view candidates by subject area, access profiles and CVs instantly, and connect directly through Zen Educate, helping to keep exceptional talent within the Bolton Learning Partnership.

Updated every two weeks, the Bolton Talent Snapshot saves schools valuable time and resources while supporting higher employment rates for new teachers entering the profession.
